Our litigation department can represent you in virtually any area of real estate law, including title related matters, easement issues and boundary disputes. Because our litigation department focuses solely on real estate litigation, we can truly provide a superior level of service to our clients. Our litigation team members have a long-standing background in real estate law and litigation, with over 11 years of comprehensive experience between them. Our supervising real estate litigation attorney, Lisa Perlstein, is included in America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals. Ms. Perlstein was also recognized as one of Super Lawyers magazine’s Georgia Rising Stars for 2006, an honor for which only 2.5% of the attorneys in Georgia are selected.
