Trey Inman & Associates is pleased to announce the relocation of its Buckhead headquarters
After spending the last seven years at 51 Lenox Pointe, located on the corner of Lenox Road and Buford Highway, the firm will move its operations to 1801 Peachtree Road NE effective in late September 2006 after renovations are completed. Formally the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the firm will occupy 20,000 of the 53,000 total square footage for the initial phase and will occupy two floors, with plans to expand its occupancy in 2007. The new building will consist of approximately 60 offices, 10 conference rooms, a 75+ person training room, 2 receptionist areas, and spacious waiting rooms. The architect for the project is Susan Lampe, ASID with The Switzer Group, Inc., and the contractor is Leapley Construction Group of Atlanta, LLC. “This is a turning point for the firm,” says Trey Inman. “Moving the firm’s headquarters to a larger building reflects the firm’s explosive growth and expanding practice areas.” Trey Inman & Associates is an Atlanta-based residential real estate and litigation firm with offices throughout the Atlanta area and in North and South Carolina. The firm first opened its doors with its Buckhead location in 1997.
